Literature Text

A devilish grin splits on her face,
As she continues with an uneven pace.

Her heart broken, infinitely dead,
So she clambers back to her creaking bed.

Only to think, only to ponder,
But then her mind begins to wander.

Clutching a knife in her pale grip,
She treads down the stairs,
Halfway down, she falls, a trip,
It cuts her flesh, but nobody cares.

A disjointed frown, she wears an expression,
At least she has learnt, discovered a lesson.

But alas, she is already dying,
No use for sorrow, no time for crying.

No blood, no bruise, a clean cut,
Her life supply, her support shut.

Laying still, lifeless, alone,
Although it was all her gruesome fault,
But she doesn't event utter a moan,
Now she just waits for her beat to halt.
Ah, simple I guess.

Again, quite inspired by Florence + the Machine.

This is my most viewed for some reason!
I don't think this is my best work, but regardless, people must like it!
It's been my most viewed since Christmas-time, but I was yet to say anything about it.

22.Feb.12.
After about two months of being my most-viewed, this was finally overthrown by something I much prefer. More my style, you know? [link]
It's short but sweet.

This is creepy and a total deja-vu. This piece sounds like something I would write for a sequel for my "The Girl" [link] This is perfect! Sad yes, but perfect.
